This is Kate Spade's rebrand for 2025. The rebrand used a lot of spring colors for the upcoming season. I intended this piece to appeal to young women who use Kate Spade products. I used Adobe After Effects to create the effects for the videos, and I designed the boards in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for image editing. I wanted the horizontal ad to feel fun and happy to uplift the viewers. The last slide in the horiontal ad I wanted to bring the bow image movement up like if someone was picking up a purse. The vertical ad: I wanted to bring out the products she has to offer in a quick mobile social media ad. I wanted the umbrella image to feel like it is falling like the rain by giving the motion in this ad as a twirl to bring interest to the viewer watching this ad. The vertical storyboard was changed after realizing that it was to long and needed to be more consistent with the other add. The challenges was I need to rearrange the slides. The horizontal storyboard challenges was mostly the original planned without hardly any changes. I changed the first original side of the background to only having flowers on left side. It was decided once I imported it from Adobe illustrator into After Effects. It felt like the right move because it gave it more interest.
